1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Lucky Games ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of all Lucky Games mobile applications, games, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By downloading, installing, or using any of our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

2 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or such higher age as required by your local laws) to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 13 years old.
• If you are between 13 and 18, you have obtained parental or guardian consent.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Your use of the Services does not violate any applicable law or regulation.

3 License Grant

Subject to these Terms, Lucky Games grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use our games solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

This license does not include:

• Modifying, adapting, or creating derivative works of the games
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the Services

4 Prohibited Conduct

When using our Services, you agree not to:

• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, or unauthorized third-party software
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
• Harass, abuse, or harm other players or Lucky Games staff
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
• Use the Services to transmit spam, malware, or harmful content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Block, filter, or otherwise prevent the display of advertisements

5 In-App Advertising

Lucky Games operates on an In-App Advertising (IAA) business model. Our games are free to download and play, and we generate revenue through advertisements displayed within the games.

By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Ads may be displayed during gameplay, including banner ads, interstitial ads, and rewarded video ads.
• Rewarded ads are optional and provide in-game benefits in exchange for viewing.
• Third-party ad networks may collect non-personal data for ad targeting (see our Privacy Policy).
• You will not use ad-blocking software or tools to circumvent advertisements in our games.
• Ad content is provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for third-party ad content.

6 Virtual Items & In-Game Content

Some of our games may offer virtual currency, items, or other in-game content ("Virtual Items") that may be earned through gameplay or obtained via optional in-app purchases.

• Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money.
• Virtual Items are licensed, not sold, to you under these Terms.
• We reserve the right to modify, adjust, or remove Virtual Items at any time.
• All purchases of Virtual Items are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

7 Intellectual Property

All content within our Services — including but not limited to game artwork, graphics, characters, audio, music, code, text, logos, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of Lucky Games or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content in our Services without our express written permission.

The "Lucky Games" name and logo are trademarks of Lucky Games. Use of our trademarks without permission is strictly prohibited.

8 User-Generated Content

If our Services allow you to submit content (e.g., usernames, chat messages, reviews), you grant Lucky Games a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Services.

You represent that any content you submit does not infringe on any third-party rights, is not unlawful, and does not violate these Terms.

9 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Your use of the Services is at your sole risk.

10 Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUCKY GAMES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

In no event shall Lucky Games' total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid (if any) to Lucky Games in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lucky Games and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

12 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your license to use the Services immediately ends.
• You must cease all use of our games and delete all copies.
• All Virtual Items and game progress may be lost without compensation.

You may also stop using our Services at any time by uninstalling our applications.

13 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.

14 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
